Job Title: Associate Solutions Consultant

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Solutions team. You will report directly to the Senior Solutions Consultant who you will collaborate with alongside account managers to play a key role in the pre-sales process and RFP process by analyzing requirements, drafting compelling responses, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our competitive positioning.

Your contributions will ensure that our bid response materials are current and that our demo data is effectively staged, ultimately facilitating an effective sales presentation and a smooth transition to the implementation team.

Salary Range is $68,500-$71,500, dependent upon experience on entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for RFP responses. Write comprehensive responses and collaborate with the Senior Solutions Consultant to strategize effective proposals.
  • Bid Response Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the repository for templated bid response information to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Demo Data Support: Assist in staging demo data, ensuring that all information is current and reflects the latest offerings.
  • Client and Partner Demos: Participate in client and partner demos, providing support as needed and learning to present our solutions effectively.
  • Post-Demo Documentation: Create detailed post-demo notes to facilitate a seamless transition to the implementation team, ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated.
  • Professional Growth: Partner with the Senior Solutions Consultant to refine the ability to execute complex product demos, eventually taking on an active role in presenting our solutions to clients and partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Solutions Consulting field.
  • Familiarity with multiple PC and mobile device operating systems as well as their supported internet browsers.

Nice to have:

  • Experience presenting to large groups, preferably in a sales setting.
  • Request for Proposal or sales content-writing experience.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Technology
